The latest Distillery Exclusive from The Dalmore is the 2008 Vintage. Masterfully produced in the majestic Scottish Highlands, this single-malt Scotch is the product of a process perfected over 150 years. After an initial maturation period in white oak ex-bourbon barrels, it’s finished in hand-selected Matusalem and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The triumphant result is a finely balanced whisky with a distinct aroma of milk chocolate, a manuka honey-infused flavour and a delicately cinnamon-spiced finish.

Twenty miles north of Inverness, nestled in the Highlands, you’ll find the renowned distillery The Dalmore. It’s home to a collection of rare casks, which it has created its whisky’s in since 1839. Amongst that collection is the Port Wood, a rich single malt that’s matured in American oak. A deeply aromatic spirit, it boasts notes of strawberries, Seville oranges, and other plummy fruits, while the indulgent taste is reminiscent of caramel, roasted chestnuts, and java coffee.
